Heat treatments
For standard ring bearings in 100Cr6 a stabilization annealing is used after tempering for up to 120°C. Such hardness is from 60-64 HRC.

The hardness diminution brings to a load capacity diminution. JESA holds other materials at your disposal to resolve problems of corrosion or when a high impact strength is necessary besides a high hardness.
