Even though the most realistic test is still the one carried out on the customer’s machinery, various methods of testing and simulation are available to JESA engineers and enable the performance of a product to be evaluated right from the design stage.

Software-aided simulation

 

Among the tools at their disposal, finite element calculation software as well as plastic injection simulation software complete the numerous test benches enabling the performance of different materials, technologies or concepts to be compared.
At JESA, new technologies and materials are studied and validated in the context of internal projects with a view to enabling them to be fully used in subsequent customer projects.
Prototypes are always produced and subjected to testing at JESA and at the client’s premises before mass production.
